You spend a lot of your time at work. So you want to do that in a job and in an organisation that are a good match for you. If you enjoy working in an informal organisation in which teamwork, a focus on each other, ambition, passion, knowledge and humour come first, and where you’re given every opportunity to develop, then you may well be a good match for Bosch Beton. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from, as long as you’re a confident, happy person. Check whether there’s a vacancy for you and read the testimonials of some (who knows, perhaps future) colleagues.
‘Why I think Bosch Beton is a great place to work? The people, of course! Of course, that’s exactly the answer you’d expect from someone from HR. But it’s true. At Bosch Beton we work hard and we’re always there for each other. Everyone is equal and is given equal opportunities. If you want these opportunities too, let us know what you have to offer and what you’re looking for. Then we can help each other to grow!’

Of course you’d like to know more about what it would be like working for us. There are no separate offices and closed doors here. We all work together in one space at the office, so it’s easy to just walk across the room to ask something or consult with someone. There’s no hierarchy and status and everyone is equal. Office and production colleagues eat lunch together in the canteen, we play table football, there’s fresh fruit and on Wednesdays a delicious bowl of soup. And we always have our Friday afternoon drinks (VRIJMIBO) with snacks in the canteen!
“No two days are the same for me! I like variety in my work and there is enough room for this within Bosch Beton. In addition, in my view Bosch Beton is a healthy and dynamic company where you often work in a team. ”
“No two days are the same. I like the variety and space. ”

Gert van den Bosch started making small cattle grids for himself in 1968. Local farmers increasingly became interested in these grids, which is how Bosch Beton started. Some ten years later, Gert was also producing concrete silage clamp walls. Bosch Beton is now a professional organisation with over sixty employees, producing thousands of concrete retaining walls every year for both agricultural use and for civil engineering. Take a look at our projects to see where our products end up.
The Bosch Beton management team consists of Gerard van den Bosch (CEO), Brechtje van den Beuken-Van den Bosch (CEO) and Henk Hop (CFO) (from right to left).
We’ve given you an impression of who we are, how we help our customers, the current vacancies and our workplace. And you’ve read why some colleagues enjoy working at Bosch Beton so much. But we’re now curious about you! If you like the sound of one of the vacancies and you think you’re the right person for the job, get in touch and send us your application! We look forward to meeting you. If you can’t see a vacancy that’s right for you but you’d still like to work for us, feel free to send an open application.
“I think it is important to continue to develop myself. The great thing about Bosch Beton is that they stimulate me in this. For example, I was one of the first women in the Netherlands to successfully complete the Concrete Professional Building Elements course! ”
“I want to continue to develop and Bosch Beton stimulates me in this.”
