Retaining walls used as decorative elements at Floriade Expo 2022
Bosch Beton retaining walls were delivered for Groencollectief Nederland’s ‘Growing Green Cities’ entry for the International Horticultural Exhibition Floriade Expo 2022 in Almere. Our client, Herman Vaessen, placed the concrete prefabricated walls that were then finished with graffiti and ivy.
With Groencollectief Nederland’s ‘Growing Green Cities’ entry, the collective is presenting practical solutions that demonstrate the possibilities of greenery in an urban environment. For this entry, we supplied our L300 and L350 retaining walls with heel to our client Herman Vaessen B.V. We prefabricated some walls in our factory by shortening and mitring them. The prefabricated retaining walls were covered with graffiti and ivy after placement on site.
Groencollectief Nederland
Groencollectief Nederland is a national collective of regionally-operating independent companies. They are all leaders in professional landscaping. The collective arranges the construction, maintenance and management of complete outdoor spaces.

Floriade 2022
The International Horticultural Exhibition Floriade Expo 2022 opened in Almere on 14 April 2022. The horticultural sector only gets the exposure it deserves just once in ten years. National and international participants are presenting themselves during this seventh exhibition.
