Modernising Dieren sports park using retaining walls
Bosch Beton supplied L retaining walls with heel to modernise the rather dated sports park in Dieren. These were placed as both terrain fencing and as a windbreak. The walls for terrain fencing were given a brickwork finish, giving the external facade a stylish look.
Terrain fencing and wind barrier
The sports grounds in Dieren were very dated and in need of a revamp. Our L retaining walls with heel were used to create terrain fencing at this sports project. The three-metre-high retaining walls are also used as a windbreak so that the supporters no longer have to sit in the cold.
Plain masonry
L walls with heel are perfect for realising a plain masonry wall, as both the wall and the heel are at right angles, so the heel can be used as a brickwork bed. The masonry also makes the partition look extremely stylish.
Good preparation
Our customer laid a road plate track in advance, making it easy for us to place the retaining walls. As the construction location was easy to reach, the truck was able get close enough for us to place the retaining walls directly from the truck and complete the job within a few hours.
